UP TO 10 HOURS? what does this mean?

Our "up to 10 hours coverage" policy is designed with your peace of mind in mind. We want to ensure that you have ample time to capture every meaningful moment of your special day without feeling rushed. While we've found that the majority of weddings comfortably fit within this timeframe, we also understand that each celebration is unique.

To keep things simple and fair, we provide flexibility by extending the session up to a maximum of 12 hours, at our discretion. This allows us to adapt to any unforeseen changes or special requests that may arise throughout the day. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and stress-free experience, ensuring that you have all the time you need to cherish and immortalize the beautiful moments of your wedding day.

We believe in transparency and open communication, and if there are ever specific concerns or preferences, we're here to work closely with you in crafting a coverage plan that aligns perfectly with your vision for this once-in-a-lifetime event.

can we change dates?

If clients need to postpone the wedding date, we will do our upmost to accommodate the change.

If we are already booked on your new date, the deposit will be forfeited.

Have you shot at this venue before?

While we've had the privilege of capturing special moments in numerous breathtaking locations, we haven't explored every venue just yet.

If we haven't personally worked at your chosen venue, fear not! We believe in meticulous preparation.

Before the big day, we conduct a thorough virtual site reconnaissance to familiarize ourselves with the layout, lighting, weather and unique features of each location. On the day of your wedding, you can trust us to arrive early, ensuring we have ample time to explore and understand the venue in person.

Our commitment is to deliver stunning memories, no matter the location.

How much does it cost for travel/expenses?

Shooting weddings often involves traveling to different locations.

We understand the importance of transparency, and that's why we always provide a guideline quote for expenses associated with travel.

This includes factors such as transportation, accommodation, and any other relevant costs. Rest assured, we strive to keep these costs reasonable and are happy to discuss and clarify any details to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for you.

Who's the extra team member in the bon amour deluxe package?

In our Bon Amour Deluxe package, we offer the expertise of an additional team member carefully selected and approved by Bon Amour.

These individuals are trusted to capture every special moment of your day with the same dedication and quality you can expect from Bon Amour.

What are the booking terms?

The booking fee is 50% of any package this is required to secure the client's wedding photography and/or film booking.

The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks (14 days) before the client's wedding date.

Clients are welcome to pay the remaining balance in instalments leading up to the two weeks before the wedding date.

Do we need to feed you on the day?

We kindly request that one main meal is provided for each member of the Bon Amour team (currently a maximum of three people if you choose 'The Bon Amour Deluxe' package).

If this is not possible or you prefer us to sort our own food, please advise us before the wedding day so we can make alternative arrangements.

Absolutely! We prioritize the safety and security of both our clients and our team.

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, including public liability and employers liability. This ensures peace of mind for everyone involved.

Your trust in us is valuable, and we take every precaution to safeguard your special day.

Certainly! We understand the desire to have all the memories from your special day. Our standard delivery includes a carefully curated selection of high-quality edited photos and videos that best encapsulate the essence of your wedding.

These files are optimized for sharing, printing, and enjoying.

However, it's important to note that providing all the RAW files is not our standard practice. RAW files are exceptionally large and can be challenging to transfer easily. Nonetheless, we are committed to delivering you as much content as possible. If having all the RAW footage is a priority for you, please let us know in advance of your wedding day. We'll work closely with you to discuss the logistics and explore the best way to meet your specific preferences.

While the chances of both of us being unavailable due to illness are slim, we understand the importance of having a backup plan. In the unlikely event that one or both of us is unable to attend, rest assured that we work closely with a network of trusted suppliers. We can seamlessly call upon their expertise to ensure that your day remains as magical as planned.
